Fast Food Crew Members prepare and serve coffee, donuts, bagels and sandwiches. You will also be doing some general cleaning duties, customer service and cash handling. Crew members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

 The wage is $13.50/hour plus tips.

Work Hours: You can expect to work an average of 30 - 40 hours per week. Your manager will provide you with a weekly schedule. Work Start Dates: You should plan your U.S. arrival so you can begin working June 15 – July 1. Work Finish Dates: We are looking for candidates who can finish working September 30. You should be as upfront and honest about your work finish date as possible. It is customary in the U.S. to give at least two weeks notice of your final day of work. Uniform: Employees wear blue jeans, white collared shirts, and non slip shoes. Dunkin’ will provide all other items. Interviews: We are able to interview and hire couples and friend groups.

Housing Information: There are three main areas on Cape Cod where Exchange Visitors are placed. Dunkin’ and InterExchange have confirmed housing available for students that work in the Upper Cape and in Yarmouth. Employees that are placed in the Hyannis area are provided with housing resources by Dunkin’ and InterExchange, including the Mid Cape J1 Housing Authority: http://midcapej1housing.org/. Please speak with us about what areas on Cape Cod you are interested in and how much assistance you will need with housing. The housing generally costs $100.00 - $125.00/week, but that can vary from location to location.

Area Description: Dunkin’ has locations all over Cape Cod. Cape Cod is one of the most beautiful locations in the country. Close to Boston and surrounded by water, this summer destination is packed with tourists and other J-1 Summer Work & Travel Participants. Exchange Visitors will often go to the beach, visit local museums, go whale watching or take in a baseball game
